All products are sold at the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Prices are fixed and will not be adjusted once an order has been confirmed.
All promotions are exclusive to online purchases and are not applicable in-store.
PURCHASE & CANCELLATION
Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without prior notice should an item be unavailable, defective, or for any other valid reason.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer. Should an item become unavailable after an order has been placed, we will update the order accordingly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return and exchange services are available. Strictly no cash refunds.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 working days upon receiving the item.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Please note that sale, promotional, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

All items marked as Final Sale / Clearance / Promotional Sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible through our photos and modelling.
However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting conditions and differences in screen displays across devices.
Kindly allow 1–3 cm differences in measurements due to manual measurement and production batches.
Minor colour variations between batches may occur and are not considered defects.
DISPLAY ITEMS
Certain items may have been used for photoshoots or store display, and minor imperfections may occur. Customers who are concerned about this are advised to consider carefully before making a purchase.
BACKORDER
Backorder items may occasionally be cancelled due to fabric shortages or supplier stock limitations. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Orders containing both backorder and ready stock items will be shipped once all items are available.
If you prefer to receive ready stock items earlier, kindly place separate orders.
Backorder updates will be reflected on our Backorder Status page and the respective product page. Notification emails will not be sent unless otherwise stated.
All backorder items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing has begun.
SHIPPING
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL
Once parcels have been handed over to the courier service, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit. Customers are advised to contact the courier service directly for further assistance.
RIGHTS OF AMENDMENT
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

PRICING
Customer shall pay for the products ordered at the price displayed at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments are made if the price of any product ordered increases or decreases between the time the order is submitted and the time when that product is delivered. That means all products are fix price.
PURCHASE & CANCELLATION

Yes, We provides return & exchange service, strictly no cash refund allow. All return & exchange must done within 7 working days upon item received.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make the effort to display as accurately as possible by shooting in kind with ourselves modelling. There might have some differences in colours/brightness/others details due to studio lightings and monitor of your computer or phone devie screen monitor.
We try our best to do every product’s measurements as accurately as possible. Please allow 1-3cm difference from the stated measurement due to different measurer and batch production. Please take note that those colour-dye products might be not entirely same colour tones due to batch dyeing production which not counted as defect/damage.
BACKORDER
Backorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. Full refund will be given in such cases.
For order consist of backorder items & ready stocks will be mailed together after all backorder item(s) arrived. If you want to mail out backorder items & ready stocks separatly, please place order separatly. Backorder will be updated in our Backorder Status page and each individual backorder product link. No notification email will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated. All backorder are strictly non cancelable/refundable once the order is being processed.
